When Chinese exporters export corresponding products, the first thing they need to know is the relevant regulations of the importing country for this type of product, product quality and related label certification. Only by obtaining a certificate that meets the regulations can one’s products enter the market of the destination country smoothly. So what documents do you need to submit when applying for the Moroccan COC certificate, so that you can pass the customs clearance smoothly?
There are two situations for applying for the COC certificate in Morocco:
- Apply for a one-time MoroccoCOC certification,
The materials to be submitted include test report, invoice, application forms and packing list. It should be noted that all the submitted materials must be stamped to prove that they have passed strict verification and are valid for use. At the same time, the test report must be issued by a third-party laboratory, and the test report issued by the exporter itself is not recognized. The choice of a third-party testing agency needs to have international qualifications and be recognized globally, so that it can be more smooth when entering the Moroccan market.
- Apply for the MoroccoCOC certificate in the registration mode
The first thing the exporter needs to apply for is the information of the registration certificate, including the registration model application form, product test report, product manual, electrical schematic diagram and list of key components. Then it is to provide the application form for the COC certificate, the corresponding shipping invoice, packing list and registration certificate after the application is completed. Only after these materials are prepared can the corresponding Morocco COC certificate be obtained after the audit.
In different countries, both the quality of the product and the outer packaging of the product will have different requirements, so before entering Morocco, applying for the Morocco COC certificate must not only ensure that the quality of the product itself meets the corresponding standards, but also determine the appearance of the product. The packaging and the corresponding label application are in compliance with the local standards and regulations of Morocco, so as to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the products after entering the Moroccan market.
